Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction that promotes healing. Reiki is administered by laying on hands and is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy throughout us. If one’s life energy is low, we are more likely to feel stress and get sick, and if its high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
